Welcome to VMMS P.E./Helath Department
Hello! We are glad you signed on to see what's happening in the Physical Education Department at Veterans Memorial Middle School.

Our goal this year is to establish a sense of wellness and fitness among each student here at VMMS. We want each student to value the importance of staying healthy! If a healthy lifestyle is important to them now, it will remain with them for the rest of their lives! They will feel better, be better thinkers, and will improve the overall quality of their schoolwork.

Thanks again and feel free to contact any of the coaches if you need anything. :)
