Students will view a political cartoon showing a tax collector being tarred and feathered and a political cartoon of the Boston Massacre.
As a visual to reinforce this idea students will view clips from the HBO series John Adams.
Students will answer a series of questions along with the political cartoons and will choose a side (Colonist or British) and explain why the political cartoon of the Boston Massacre and Tarring and Feathering can help or hurt your cause. |
