Today in class, students will work on the design of their Spicy Inhibitors Lab. Variables, Control, Constants, Problem Statement all Materials, and preliminary Procedures should be identified and written in lab packet by the end of class.

My summer plant experiment

| Students saw the results of a plant experiment I did over the summer, and pointed out all of the flaws in my uncontrolled experiment. After a discussion on variables, students took notes on principles of the scientific method, and a short worksheet was assigned for homework. Link to class notes is below. |
