CROSS COUNTRY
Cross Country ended its season with an awards ceremony. 46 student/athletes were honored with participation medals. Katie Uhl and Blake McCann were honored for there Perfect Attendance. Sophie Werner and Brady March were honored for the Most Improved Award. The Outstanding Runner Award went to Kaitlyn Foster and Alec McCann. Congratulations to the UNDEFEATED Cross Country team, and a special thank you to Coach Dave Carlson for all you do for our kids.
VOLLEYBALL
Coaches and practice times for this year's Volleyball season will go as follows, unless you are notified by your coach.
8th grade will be coached by Lisa DeMuth and practice Wednesdays 300-445
7th grade will be coached by Megan Brost and practice Tuesdays 300-430
6th grade will be coached by Lori Tinker and practice Fridays 430-600
5th grade will be coached by Mrs. Broege and practice Tuesdays 430-600
Games will be on Mondays and Thursdays. Schedules will come home soon.
Tournaments: 5th and 6th grade will be December 18-19 at St. Williams
7th and 8th grade will be December 18-20th at St. Johns.
Reminder to all parents, the first game of the year is against ourselves 5vs6, 7vs8, prior to each game one family member over 18 must be present and trained on the scorekeeping. It will take about 5 minutes.

Due to prior committments the gym is UNAVAILABLE on these dates and times:
Wednesday, 11-18-09 Gym Closed after 5:00
Friday, 11-27-09 No School, No Practice
Tuesday, 12-01-09 Gym closed at 5:00
Tuesday, 12-18-09 Gym closed--Holy Day
Wednesday, 12-16-09 Gym Closed--Set up for Holiday Play
Thursday, 12-17-09 Gym Closed--The Holiday Play
4th GRADE BASKETBALL SCHEDULE
Practice begins Nov. 3rd and will continue throughtout Nov. and Dec. Teams will be selected at practice on Nov. 5th. The Athletic Director will be choosing the teams.
Team A will be coached by Troy McCann and will practice Tuesdays 600-730
Team B will be coached by Suzi Fenrick and will practice Mondays 300-400ish
Tournaments for 4th grade bball will be held on Dec. 3-5 at St. Marys and Dec. 8th-12th at Brother Dutton.
5th-8th GRADE BASKETBALL COACHES
Interested coaches must have their applications to Judi Dillon no later than Friday, Nov. 13, to be considered for coaching this season. You can find the application at the back of the Student/Parent/Coach Athletic handbook. If you have lost your handbook or misplaced it you need to see either Juli Murphy or Judi Dillon for a replacement. The Athletic Directors and Coaches do NOT have any extras.
