Students will begin working on their Unit 2: Toward Indpendence essay exam. Working in conjuction with the Language Arts dept. students will need to...

I. Develope a "Thematic Statement" over a key concept from Unit 2.

II. Use texts, notes, classwork, and homework assignments to show how the American colonies moved toward independence from British rule.

III. Formulate a conclusion.

Ms. Streams will work with the students in preparing their work using proper Language Arts formats and strategies and I will assess students on mastery of Unit 2 concepts.
