In the Kindergarten classes, we watched the video "Math Monsters: Patterns" from United Streaming and our Kindergarten students created patterns using stamps from the KidPix program.

In the 1st and 2nd grade classes, the students used Kidpix to illustrate and label the life cycle of a pumpkin.

State Research Project: Using Powerpoint in an Integrated Technology Lesson
Each student has picked a state to research. They are to find three outstanding features or attractions for their chosen state.
The students will use the information that they gather as well as pictures to create a Powerpoint presentation showcasing their state.

In the Kindergarten classes, we read the story "Pumpkin, Pumpkin" by Jeanne Titherington and we used our senses to describe a pumpkin. Next, we used the drawing tools in Kidpix to illustrate a pumpkin.
