This course will concentrate on technique and proper body alignment. Various styles of dance will be explored such as: jazz, tap theater, hip hop and modern dance.

This course will lead to certification in Adult, Infant, Child CPR and Standard First Aid. A section of this course will focus on the cause, care, prevention and anatomy of common athletic injuries. The student will learn and practice taping techniques related to these injuries. This class is taught by Paula MacDougall and Erik Little.

Students are required to take PE their freshman and sophomore year for one semester. They must pass both of these classes to graduate.

Team Sports is an elective Physical education class that is open to Juniors and Seniors.
This course will combine skills ans strategies that will lead to a competitive team environment. Flag football, speedball, volleyball, whiffle-ball, and pickle ball are some of the activities offered in this class. Tournament play will be featured. This is a phyically demanding, highly competitive class and is recommended only for students who enjoy a high level of physical activity.
