Welcome to Strength and Conditioning here at Heritage High School. My philosophy as the strength coach is to make our athletes' here at HHS, better athletes! I do this through muli-joint exercises such as olympic lifting, squating and other explosive movements to work on explosive power. I firmly believe if I can make your son and/or daughter more explosive in the weight room, they will be more explosive on the field of play.
