Chapter 10 (homework)
Due Date: November 23, 2009
Students will read Chapter 10, pages 111-119, in their "Street Law" Text, and answer problems 10.4 and 10.5 for today. Students will know, name, and identify the various levels of larceny, differentiating between larceny, embezzlement, robbery, extortion, forgery, use without owners permission and receiving stolen property.
Chapter 11 (homework)
Due Date: November 24, 2009
Students are to read pages 120-125 in their "Street Law" text and answer problems 11.1 to 11.3 for today. Students will know, name and identify the various defenses to criminal liability, to include excuse, justification, infancy, "no crime", intoxication, insanity, competency, entrapment, duress and necessity.

Today we will finish any items not covered in our three chapters and fill in the blanks in our worksheets. Time permitting, we will watch the short film, "Without Consent."
