We are currently working on building a model of the fort at Jamestown. We are learning all about the hardships and obstacles that the first colonists faced. By building the fort, the class is getting a bit of "hands on history." Building the fort has stimulated their interest in Jamestown and the settlers that lived there. Look for pictures soon!
