Hello!
My name is Wendy Phelps and I have been teaching since 1995. I came to Cooke in 2004. I have a B.A. in special education, a MS.Ed. in elementary education, and an Ed.S. in counseling/ psychology. I am endorsed in the areas of learning disabilities, mental retardation and emotional disturbances.I am looking forward to a great school year!
