Welcome Back. I hope you had a wonderful weekend. I need to let you know that I will not be at school on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. My mother-in-law passed away Sunday. Please keep our family in your prayers and meditations. Thank YOU! I want you to do your best for our substitute, Mrs. McCullar. I have prepared lessons for you to do while I am gone. PLEASE do your BEST. The CRCT is coming soon. We have less than a month to prepare for our test. I expect you to behave and learn your new material. I will be back on Friday. We will review all the material that you have learned when I come back. Now don't let me down, I know you can do it. Come to school prepared and be ready to learn. See ya Friday.
My grading system is as follows:
Classwork is worth 15 percent
Homework is worth 15 percent
Quizzes are worth 30 percent
Tests are worth 40 percent
Projects will be treated like a test.
All homework is expected to be turned in on time. All completed homework will receive a 100. Missing homework will receive a Zero. Late homework may be turned in as soon as possible. A reduced grade of 80 will replace the zero in my grade book as soon as the work given to the teacher.
