| HISTORY MADE FUN...ARE YOU READY? |
Welcome Back. I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving Break. It was fun being off for a whole week. We only have a few more weeks before the Christmas Break. Therefore, be ready to learn. Please come to school everyday. See ya tomorrow.
My grading system is as follows:
Classwork is worth 15 percent
Homework is worth 15 percent
Quizzes are worth 30 percent
Tests are worth 40 percent
Projects will be treated like a test.
All homework is expected to be turned in on time. All completed homework will receive a 100. Missing homework will receive a Zero. Late homework may be turned in as soon as possible. A reduced grade of 80 will replace the zero in my grade book as soon as the work given to the teacher.
I also will pass out study guides for each chapter. The guides will help you prepare for your test. I also will download the guides to my website for your convenience. We will have at least one or two quizzes per chapter and a chapter test at the end of chapter. Classwork also will be graded.
