My name is Mrs. Will, and I am your new third grade teacher. I have been teaching for 17 years with 13 of those years at Cooke Elementary.I graduated from ODU with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and a Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education.

| Third Grade is an SOL testing year. Tests are usually given during the month of May. In third grade , students are more responsible for various types af assignments such as monthly book reports & projects in Science & Social Studies. Cursive writing will be reviewed from second grade & we will try to write more in cursive during the second half of the year.We will work in small groups often, so good cooperation skills are necessary.Come ready to learn and actively participate in class. Appropriate behavior is expected in all areas of school. |
