•In writing the students are working on a short “Haunted House” paragraph.
•In math we are continuing our unit Using Numbers and Organizing Data.
•In Social Studies we are working on map skills
•In Science we are working on our Space Unit. The students are completing independent task cards in class and are working on note taking.
•Please remember to send in an excuse with your child after an absence.
•We are currently reading “Thank you, M’am” which is a short story and analyzing the parts of the story.
•Congratulations to the following students for having an incredible month of September: Dalton, Abigail, Cole, Ashley, Delfina, Sam, and Cameron. We will have our lunch together on Friday October 5th and I will provide soda and ice cream sandwiches. I would love to have the whole class for October!
