Hello! I am Mrs. Belch your new third grade teacher. I am a graduate of Virginia Wesleyan College and a graduate of ODU where I received my Master's Degree in Administration/Supervision. I am a native to Virginia Beach, although I was born in Boston, Mass. I received all of my schooling, K-12, through Virginia Beach City Public Schools. I am truly a product of this school system. I am headed into my 7th year of teaching, all of which have been here at WT Cooke. This school is truly the best at the beach! I have experience teaching both 3rd and 4th grade in a regular education classroom as well as in the inclusion setting. I pride myself on having high expectations and positive student academic success. I look forward to a stellar school year with you!
