The garden is finally winding down for the winter. We harvested the green beans two weeks ago. They were very nice. We had to move the tomato plants inside into classrooms on the south side of the building so that they could get plenty of sunlight and be sheltered from the cold. We will begin our spring garden in March after FCAT. That will give us about two and a half months before we get out of school for the summer. That may be just enough time for the garden to start producing again.
