April 10-18, 2010
Tour to Hungary, Poland, and the Czech Republic highlighting the cities of Budapest, Krakow, and Prague (Prague golem photo at right). Tour includes an evening cruise on the Danube and tours of Budapest, sightseeing in Krakow and an excursion to Auschwitz, a day stop in Olomouc, and tours of Prague.
Optional excursions to the Wieliczka Salt Mine (outside Krakow, Poland) and to Theresienstadt (outside Prague, Czech Republic).

The Waterford Rotary Club has set in motion an exchange trip with a German high school located in the town of Lebach (near the French border). In October 2009, fifteen German students will come to visit Waterford High School and will live with host families for two weeks. The students who host them will travel in turn to Germany to live with host families during Febuary break 2010. Anyone interested in participation in the exchange should see me or Mr. Foster in school or email me through the link at the top of the page.
