Welcome to the McEachern Art Studio!
World renowned sculpture artist, Henry Moore said,"Individuals are expected to be literate yet society does not expect us all to be great writers or poets. Art is the same." The photograph to the right is of Moore's sculpture "Family".

Anyone can be taught to be literate in the Visual Arts, just as anyone can be taught to read and write.

The divine artist gifted from birth is a myth. Art is for everyone. Art is everywhere: in products we purchase, commercials on television, movies we watch—not just a thing for museums. To understand art is to understand a culture. Understanding the art of manipulating the eye, composition, can be the difference between something that is revered to something that is ignored. Art is so pervasive that is can be the most mundane thing to that of something spiritual. The act of creating can be spiritual, therapeutic, and even fun.
