We will be having our Valentine’s Day Card Exchange on Thursday, February 12th. A class list is attached. If your child is bringing in cards please make sure that he/she has a card for every student in the class. We are teaching character traits as a part of the Duval County District and it would not show good character if someone chose to leave someone out.
We have recently had some challenges with student behavior due to bakugons. (The latest kid craze) Please do not allow your child to bring these to school as it is beginning to hinder the daily class schedule.
We have recently changed our seating arrangements for many of the students in class to curb misbehavior. Student conversations have been taking precedence over their desire to learn. We ask for your support in talking with your child about the importance of not talking in class during instruction.
Please do not forget to access Riverdeep at home! The address is listed below. The assignments are correlated to what we are doing in class. Thank you!
