5130 - Physical Science
Level V * 1 Credit * Semester-Both * Recommendations-NO Physical Science is a course that introduces basic ideas of physics in a conceptual physics format. Topics included: power, work, force, simple machines, electricity, magnetism, wave motion, sound, and radiant energy. Physical Science will prepare a student to take Chemistry I or ABC I. Some hands-on laboratory work and demonstrations are done to apply critical thinking processes. There are no current calendar items.
