NASA Ames Research Center offers a great opportunity for high school students in their junior year. High School Aerospace Scholars, or HAS, is an interactive online learning experience highlighted by a weeklong internship at Johnson Space Center. The project includes preliminary interactive Web-based activities, distance learning and a residential experience during the summer at JSC. Students with an interest and aptitude for math, science, engineering or computer science should apply! Visit the NASA website for more information.
Don't forget to be checking your grade on Powerschool. Remember, I need a couple of days to get new grades posted and late work graded.
