My name is Angie Tweit. I have been a teacher for the past 12 years. I have taught first, second, and third grades but found my calling in teaching kindergarten! It is my philosophy that it takes all of us networking together to raise happy, successful children. As the African proverb says, "It takes a village to raise a child!"
I became a teacher because I had a fabulous kindergarten teacher. Her name is Mrs. Dunham. This is a picture of myself with my kindergarten teacher in 2006. |

This year our kindergarten class will meet every day (Monday through Friday) from 8:20 AM - 1:00 PM. Please refer to the Class Downloads section for specifics regarding kindergarten.

At JES Developmental Preschool our goal is to provide opportunites for children to grow intellectually, socially, emotionally, and physically in a warm, caring environment. We want our students to build a positive self-image; explore the natural sense of wonder; develop self-control and consideration of others; learn problem solving skills; increase coordination, balance and body image; and know that learning is fun!
