Upcoming Stuff for Ms. Peterson - Reading Recovery Reading Recovery is an early intervention program serving first grade students. Children are identified for this program through standardized testing procedures. As a Reading Recovery teacher, I teach 4 students, one-on-one, for 30 minutes each day. I also teach 3 Literacy Groups daily. The Reading Recovery program supplements the first grade Language Arts program by providing additional instruction in reading and writing.
