Welcome to Computer Applications!
Computer Applications is designed to help eighth grade students to become familiar with the computer and its many applications. This class will emphasize how the computer can be used to help students in their learning activities and is an overview of a variety of computer programs. Emphasis will be placed on word processing and composing at the computer.
Prerequisite: Keyboarding
Students are expected to have touch typing skills learned in Keyboarding and to be keying 20 wpm.
