Course Description
This course is designed to aid students in their understanding of the interactions of matter and energy, earth and space, and living systems. Students will be challenged through a hands-on and inquiry based approach to discover these concepts.

7th Grade Parent Conference/Meeting:
the 7th grade team is available for parent conferences/meetings upon request.
Materials Required:
Students are required to bring a pen, pencil and their science journal to class every day. One journal will be passed out to each student at the beginning of the year. If this is lost it is the student's responsibility to replace the journal.
Grading
Homework 10%
Class Participation 50%
Test/ Quizzes/ Labs 40%
Failure to follow these expectations will result in consequences
Home Work Policy:
All home work must be completed on time there are no exceptions.
