Chamber Choir is an auditioned ensemble, meeting during zero hour four mornings each week. Students learn advanced repertoire from a variety of genres, work independently in quartets, and also have the opportunity to choose individual solo/ensemble work. Auditions are held in May.

Mixed Choir is an elective course open to all A1 students and all A2 men, regardless of experience or ability. Class involves five important elements: rehearsal, sight reading, solo/ ensemble work, attendance and critique of a public concert, and the GRS choir concert each semester.

The making music occupation provides an opportunity for A1 students to explore a music career of their choice in a collaborative, hands-on setting. Each group will work together to connect with each other and with experts in the specific field.
