Welcome to English class...
I will be the first to admit that English is not always the most interesting subject. There are few ways to make subject verb agreement interesting. However, as your teacher, I will try my very best to make this class challenging, interesting, and yes... even fun.
The skills that you learn in this class are ones that you will utilize for years to come, so your success in this class is very important.

In this class, we prepare for the Mississippi Subject Area English test, which will test students' abilities in reading, writing, grammar, and literature.
