We had so much fun and experienced some very beneficial learning opportunities last week. Our Letter of the Week "A" lessons went better that we had expected!!! The AM and PM classes both worked hard to identify "A" verbally and receptively. We also colored several "A" words and matched them with actual objects. The highlight of our week was "Show and Tell" on Friday. We had four students (AM and PM) bring in items to share with us. We ended up with two friendly alligators, and angel and a high flying airplane. Thanks to all the parents who allowed the little ones to bring something in we had a great time. It is our plan to save the large letter pages that the children are doing, have them laminated and make a book for each child at the end of the alphabet. I am also taking pictures of all the items that are being brought in and shared. I'd like to make a CD for each child at the end of the year.
