The last day of school is 2 weeks away and we have many exciting things coming up.
In class, we will be finishing up our Healthy Lifestyle projects and our Mystery writings. We will have an open book test on Health ch 3 this week as well as an open book selection test on the play we have been working on, "The Baker's Neighbor." We will be reviewing for these tests in class and students will again have access to their textbooks!
This Friday, June 6 is Landstown Elementary's FIELD DAY!!! There will be many exciting events for students! If you have not done so already, please send in your child's pink shirt by Wednesday so we can decorate them and wear them on Field Day!
There is still time to bring in your $3 for our Pizza/Yearbook signing party on Wednesday, June 11th! If you do not wish for your child to have pizza, please send him/her with a bag lunch that day!
Finally, our 5th Grade promotion ceremony will be held on Friday, June 13th at 9:15 A.M. in the cafeteria! Please join us to celebrate this milestone in your child's school career! You should have received an invitation last Tuesday! We hope you can make it! Also, remember that your child may be dismissed with you from the promotion ceremony! |
