Welcome to Mrs. Byerly's 1st Grade website where you can find the weekly homework and blank copies of the book log your child will use to complete their 50 book goal for each quarter.
This year our theme is Manatees on a Mission. We are due to lift off on August 24th. We are looking for cadets to make this a successful mission. Please browse the website to see upcoming events, useful kid friendly websites and printable practice sheets.

Homework is listed below as a document with a weekly date. Homework will be uploaded every Monday by 4pm. Homework bags go home on Monday and are due back on Friday. If you have any questions on the assignments or need clarifications please e-mail Mrs. Weaver. Thank you for participating in the 1st grade e-homework.

A monthly newsletter will be uploaded within the first week of each month. The newsletter will include a summary of each subject area, a student spotlight and any misc. news for the Byerly/Weaver class.

You will order online, pay online and then the books will be delivered to our classroom. Paper order forms will be available for those without internet access. Mrs. Byerly will be managing the classroom account.

1.Use the information below to access the Scholastic Book Clubs Web site.
2.Browse the titles with your child, and place your order with your credit card.
3.Your order will come to me, and your credit card payment will go directly to Scholastic's secure server. There's no need to send money to school.
4.After I submit the entire class's order to Scholastic, your order will be delivered to our classroom for your child to take home.
