| The students started off this year by reviewing tempo, meter and rhythmic notation. They apply their knowledge by playing percussion instruments, singing and dancing. They recently have been working on line dances that demonstrate moving to the beat as well as identifying the form in the music. They are expanding their music vocabulary by identifying and performing characteristics within the music such as tempo and dynamic markings. |
