Introductory course that teaches students the knowledge needed and application of sewing principles.
Clothing and Apparel Construction 2
This course is an advance course offered only to 8th grade students after they have completed the level 1 offering.
FACS EXPLORATORY
Sixth grade required class that introduces the student to the disciplines of Family and Consumer Sciences.
Foods and Nutrition 1
This is an introductory course into the world of Nutrition by working with food and understanding how food choices affect the way you feel, look and perform mentally, physically and emotionally.
Foods and Nutrition 2
This is an advanced level course offered only to 8th grade students after completion of Foods and Nutrition 1. Advanced skills in working with Foods is introduced and applied.
Middle School Skills
This class is designed to help the new 6th grader discover strategies to help him/her become more successful. Focus wil be on: Learning Styles, Study Environment, Organization, Time Management, Note Taking and Test Taking Skill and Strategies.
