Fall 2011 Dinner at DeClerck's

On November 6, members of le Cercle Francais and Gli Amici Italiani met for the third annual Dinner at DeClerck's. Club members brought ingredients, prepared six courses, and enjoyed a meal and conversation with friends. Prescott prepared antipasti of mozzarella, basilico, and pomodoro and baked apple. This was followed by Elias' last-minute adapted primo of spaghetti & meatballs. Chicken cacciatori rounded off the secondo, and was topped with Kanan's feta and tomoato salad. We enjoyed a walk through the Ojai meadows before returning to dolci of home-made-from-scratch tiramisu (Rebecca and Catlin), French chocolate cake (Florence) and profiteroles (Elias). The celebration and conversation went late into the evening. Great times were had by all. Thank you to all who came and participated and ate with us!
