Welcome to W. H. Adamson High School and Geometry! 2012-2013 promises to be a great year, and I know that we are going to have a productive and fun time. As we know, Geometry is a challenging subject. But working together, I know that we will work hard and learn so much this year. My goal this year is to make sure that each student fully understands all of the curriculum details and much more. Even more, I am fully committed to making sure that each student continues to grow into a hard-working, responsible adult.
 
We will be working from the Gemini curriculum this year. You will be required to keep a three-ring binder and bring it to class every day. This is how your grade for each class with be computed each six weeks:

• 1) Tests / Quizzes -- 25%;
• 2) Class work and Homework -- 40%;
• 3) Notebook / Projects -- 20%;
• 4) Six weeks test grade -- 15%.

I expect each student to be prepared, take notes, participate in class activities, and work hard on the class assignments and the homework.
