The purpose of this course is to continue the study of algebra and to provide the foundation for applying algebraic skills to other mathematical and scientific fields.
The topics to be covered include topics from probabilities and statistics, graphs, linear equations, systems of equations and inequalities, exponents, polynomials, and scientific notation, factoring, simplifying rational expressions, working with radicals, solving rational, radical, and quadratic type equations, and other topics as needed. |
