Teacher Resources
My philosophy on teaching is to know your students, their background, and other things about their life. Always make the students feel like you want to help them and that you understand whatever their situation may be. Make sure the students know you believe in them and most importantly make learning fun! I also believe the only way to be an effective teacher is to know your content area, therefore; you are teaching the best way possible. And again make learning fun and enjoy teaching your class!
Assistive Technology Screen Readers Software: These are used to verbalize or "speak" everything onto the screen. Expensive but very cool. If our school had one, all classes could use this and share. Voice Recognition Software: This allows students to communicate with the computer through a microphone. The computer then follows their instructions by pulling down a menu or typing a text. This allows the computer to execute the command on the screen.
