| All weight training classes will be testing February 9th - 13th. Athletes will be tested on our major lifts (bench press, incline, power cleans, and squats). We will test our 40 yard dash, vertical jump, broad jump, and pro agility time. We will also be calculating the power index of all of our athletes. Athletes need to make sure to pay close attention to the weather situation and dress accordingly. We will do some testing outside on the track. |
