This is a performing chorus at LaGuardia Arts High School. They give one full inside concert a year.
Obviously Gospel is the main genre but the chorus also performs music from the African-American spiritual treasury as well as music from the jazz treasury.

Hello Chorus and Parents,
Our concert on May 29th will be at Grace Baptist Church, 5224 6th Avenue, Brooklyn< NY 11220. The best way to get there from school is to take the 1 Train to 59th Street, take the D Train to 36th Street, Brooklyn, transfer to the R Train and get off at 53rd Street, Brooklyn.
Walk up the hill to 6th Avenue. The church is on the corner of 53rd St and 6th Avenue.. You must be there by 6:00PM.
If any of our parents would like to drive, there is church parking!
For even further information there is an APP called HopStop or Google Maps on your phone that you can go to for travel directions.
There will be a permission slip for the chorus on Thursday, 5/23.
