This is a two-way immersion to promote high academic achievement in the first and second language. Students must meet specific requirements to enter this program (only at Westchester).
The second level expands Spanish beginning curriculum with an emphasis on oral proficiency, reading, writing and increasing vocabulary, grammatical structures and understanding of the written and spoken language.

Spanish 3 (Pre AP)
This class allow students to develop upper level skills in reading, writing, listening and speaking that prepare them for the Spanish AP test.

Spanish 4 (AP)
This class refines and enhances skills and strategies to be used for the Spanish AP Exam given at the end of the school year. Passing this test enables students to earn high school credit and college credits accepted by most universities.
