Valley View National Honor Society
NHS involves four areas of student life which are: scholarship, leadership, service, and character. Students are encouraged to be well rounded in all areas. Students may become eligible the first quarter of their junior year. Please note and read the Attachment: By-Laws, new Fall 2011. The minimum GPA and service hours have increased for 2012-2013 Freshmen, Sophomores, and Juniors.. GPA and service hours begin to accumulate the first day of a student's Freshman year.

NEXT MEETING DATES: Junior Members Only Voting for Officers: Friday, May 17 after school. Juniors Must Attend!!! Honor cords will be handed out at the Senior Breakfast! CHANGED FROM WEDNESDAY, MAY 15 TO fRIDAY, MAY 17 AFTER SCHOOL - JUNIORS ONLY - VOTING FOR OFFICERS!!! ALL JUNIORS MUST ATTEND! 2013 Blood Drives: Thanks so much to all! We had a great year saving lives with our blood donations!!! REMIND ALL THAT THEY ONLY NEED TO GIVE 3 TIMES AT ANY LOCATION TO RECEIVE A RED CORD FOR GRADUATION!!
