TEST RETAKE POLICY

Test Retake Information If a student does not receive at least 70% on a test they must retake the test either before/after school. Prior to scheduling a retake test, students must complete 3 activities to prepare themselves to be successful on the retake. A retake ticket will be attached to the original test. Students will list the 3 chosen activities on the ticket and sign it. A parent signature is also required before the retake can be scheduled. ACTIVITIES FOR EACH TEST WILL BE POSTED. Activities may include: 1. Make corrections on original test 2. Make corrections on homework. 3. Review HOMEWORK and NOTES 4. Complete chapter review in the textbook. 5. Meet with the teacher for a help session 6. Use Study Island 7. Go to glencoe.com, sign in as a student, and complete any of the following (located under chapter and lesson resources on the left): - watch an online tutor video - complete extra problems - take a self-check quiz - take a chapter readiness quiz - take a chapter test
