| Glad to be in Griz Country! |
I am excited to join the staff of Rocky Mountain High School! This should be an exciting year, as this school is in its second year and the atmosphere is extremely positive. I have been in education for 24 years, as a teacher and administrator. I am in my second year in the Meridian School District, and in my first at Rocky Mountain High School.
I believe that students should take ownership of their grades and should be responsible for their academic performance. My students' grades are updated daily, and are available on the PowerSchool website. I will try to post assignments daily on my school site for students who are absent. The calendar (available in each course's Class Downloads section) will be helpful to students and parents as it will indicate when tests have been scheduled. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES MAY RESULT IN CHANGES IN THE CALENDAR.
I am available for student assistance every morning except Wednesday beginning at 7am, and during Griz Time every day except Wednesday. I can be available after school for assistance if given at least 24 hours advanced notice. |
