Advanced Fitness
Students will be instructed in advanced skills, concepts, and activities that will significantly enhance their appreciation, knowledge and physical fitness levels. Advanced fitness will review and develop proper fundamentals and techniques necessary for core strength, stability improvement, speed, power and agility. A rigorous/intense cross fit approach will be utilized to enhance student achievement.

Introduction to Fitness
Students will be introduced and instructed on a wide variety of skills, concepts, and activities that will significantly enhance their appreciation, knowledge and physical fitness levels. Introduction to fitness will specifically focus on teaching students the proper fundamentals and technique necessary for core strength, stability improvement, speed and agility. A rigorous/intense cross fit approach will be utilized to enhance student achievement.
