Students will be instructed in advanced skills, concepts, and activities that will significantly enhance their appreciation, knowledge and physical fitness levels. Advanced fitness will review and develop proper fundamentals and techniques necessary for core strength, stability improvement, speed, power and agility. A rigorous/intense cross fit approach will be utilized to enhance student achievement.
