Print this out along with the Grad Weekend packet. Have your parents go over them with you, and sign them for you. THIS WILL BE COLLECTED during the FIRST GRAD WEEKEND COLLECTION (October 3rd - October 6th)

You will need to print this out, read it fully, and have it signed by your parents in order to turn it in along with your signed field trip form and deposit of $175.00 by the first Grad Weekend collections; which will take place in room 756 from October 3rd to October 6th during both first and second lunch ONLY!
